The architects and facade consultants examine the first hi-rise facade, the Paramount tower's, on this 27 acre "new downtown", built to comply with new zoning created to engage pedestrians and create a new cityscape. We examine how the Paramount's team met the challenges of transitions from parking, retail, residences and tower with scale, texture and materiality. Moderator: Igor Reyes
