Alexandra Durkee

Hines

Alexandra is a Director at Hines, responsible for sourcing development opportunities and managing the financing, design and implementation of development projects. Alexandra is currently project manager for 3500 Blake Street (“T3 RiNo”), a 238,000 SF ground up office development that Hines is partnering on with Ivanhoe Cambridge and McCaffery Interests. Alexandra is a member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders program and participated in the 2019 NAIOP Mentor/Mentee program.

Prior to joining Hines, Alexandra was an Analyst at Eastdil Secured in New York City where she gained experience underwriting over $1.9 billion in transactions (office, hotel, multifamily, retail, mixed-use) with individual asset values ranging from $75 million to $720 million. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Alexandra spent two years in Cushman & Wakefield’s agency occupier services group working with RBC, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer, and Pepperidge Farm on their long-term real estate strategies.

Alexandra is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Alexandra also completed real estate finance courses at the NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate.
