Andrew Christopher is a real estate developer based in Washington, DC with Akridge, a full-service commercial real estate development, investment and operating platform. He concentrates on design, development management and entitlement efforts for mixed use projects. Mr. Christopher has been involved with the development of over 3 million square feet of mixed use projects in Southern California and Washington, DC. Prior to development, he served in real estate and government relations roles in the entertainment industry having worked for Paramount Pictures and The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Christopher has served in various civic and charitable organizations including as a past member of the Board of Advisors of the Logan Circle Community Association, past Member of the Neighborhood Strategy Council of the 14th St. Main Street Program and current member of the Selection Committee of the Warren Christopher Scholarship Fund at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP in Los Angeles. He is a member of ICSC, ULI and the Pacific Council on International Policy. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
