Andrew Dillenbeck primarily consults on the design and constructability of high-rise building enclosures for new construction. He also performs condition assessments and leak investigations of existing buildings and assists in the rehabilitation and retrofit of existing buildings. His building science interests include high-performance unitized glazing systems, historic masonry facades, and 3D evaluation and modeling of challenging building enclosure interfaces. He has traveled domestically and internationally to review unitized glazing facilities and to assist in performance testing of new and custom systems.
