I am part owner at Lawrence and have nearly 20 years of experience in roofing, waterproofing, and exterior enclosure construction. I hold a valid Civil Engineering license in NYS and have extensive knowledge of forensics, due diligence reporting, design, bidding, contract administration, quality control, and project management. I have experience with nearly all ages of construction from pre-war solid wall masonry to modern rainscreen and curtain wall structures. I have personally overseen three separate complete building enclosure retrofits totaling over 120,000 square feet.
