Gary Li joined KGA in 2017 where he quickly rose to Associate to being named a Principal and equity owner in September 2023.

Key projects include the expansion to The Shubert Organization’s James Earl Jones Theatre on Broadway and an R&D studio for Smart Design at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Gary received his Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a volunteer on NCARB’s Examination Committee and was recently an invited speaker at the League of Historic American Theatres National Conference.
