USOM is still under construction, but what makes this project special is that the museum is clad in over 9,000 geometric aluminum shingles that are all custom and different from one another, even though it looks like a repeated pattern. Getting our custom panels to match up with our glass and glazing systems on the museum has been more than challenging, but is proof we can take on any unique challenge.
This mixed-use complex includes nearly a full exterior façade in mixed-materials fabricated and installed by MG McGrath. This project is clad with composite, steel, aluminum, wood paneling, glass curtainwall, glass window wall, glass storefront, and flashings/trim
This unique building shows off Mc Grath’s creative side with a full custom copper exterior for this college. Everything about this copper façade is custom, from the finish, to the panel fabrication and style, to coatings and engineering that fit the climate. 14,500 square feet of aged copper sounds overwhelming, but the turquoise-green patina looks beautifully unique with the landscape
