With a master’s degree in construction management, Sarah has honed a wide range of skills that are essential for successful development and execution of projects, including project management, cost estimation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. Sarah’s experience in managing large-scale construction projects, combined with a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality, has enabled Sarah to deliver results that consistently exceed expectations.

Since joining Breakthrough Properties in 2021, Sarah has been committed to the development and ongoing execution of a 520,000 square foot life science campus, Torrey View by Breakthrough, which has required extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the facility meets the unique needs of the life sciences industry and enables Breakthrough to deliver a world-class facility that will become a model for others in the industry at the end of this year when the project delivers.

In addition to Sarah’s professional accomplishments, Sarah is also committed to giving back to the community and has volunteered time and resources to a number of charitable organizations over the years, including NAWIC, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito and Rescue House Cat Rescue.
