Dilan Badshah is a Senior Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti with over seven years of experience in the design, modeling, and construction of building enclosures in the New York City metro area. Dilan has both performed and supervised the field QA/QC testing for new weather barrier and glazing systems across diverse projects, from educational buildings to supertall skyscrapers. Dilan has also diagnosed building enclosure failures, such as water leakage and air infiltration, where he developed and oversaw the implementation of repair solutions. Through his work on new and existing buildings, Dilan is well versed on the critical role performance mockups and field testing have in ensuring that the building enclosure functions as intended.
