As Senior Vice President Development at Tavistock Development Company, he led the development and construction of Fort Lauderdale’s $1B redevelopment of Pier Sixty Six’s on a 32-acre site with luxury residences, resort, marina and retail. He comes to Pier Sixty-Six from Swire Properties, where he spent 20 years overseeing and executing complex, large-scale development projects in the United States and China. Notably, he managed the Brickell City Centre Development through completion.
