Known for his bold creative vision and early-stage strategic insight, Hunter has led the branding and go-to-market strategy for more than 100 residential developments. His work spans every stage of the process, from initial concept and positioning to launch and sellout, drawing on deep economic, demographic, and consumer insights. He has assembled and managed acclaimed teams of architects, designers, and co-branding partners to bring visionary projects to life and craft properties that resonate with the world’s most discerning buyers. A results-driven creative leader, his team oversees thousands of marketing deliverables each year and continually pushes the boundaries of innovation, from immersive digital and physical sales environments to portfolio-wide experiences like Wellness Week.

Over the course of his career, he has found the most rewarding part of the business to be seeing a new development realized, and watching residents enjoy a space he helped shape.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys gardening, collecting pottery, international travel, and overseeing the renovation of his own homes. He divides his time between Greenwich Village and East Hampton, where he lives with his partner and their miniature dachshund, Huey. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Marketing & Communications Forum.
