Scam Alert – Stay Safe

We’ve been made aware of a nationwide scam targeting trade associations like ours. These fraudulent emails and solicitations are not affiliated with AN Media Group, The Architect’s Newspaper, or the Facades+ Conference. Their goal is to phish for your personal information.

Important: Do not engage or purchase any lists, attendee data, or services from these unauthorized parties. Doing so is at your own risk.

What you should know:

  • These emails are scams.
  • Responding confirms your email is active—leading to more spam.
  • All official communications come directly from verified AN Media or Facades+ addresses.

Stay alert. Stay informed. Don’t get scammed.

AIA Credits & Certificates

All Facades+ events are eligible for 6 AIA HSW Continuing Education Credits per day.

How it works:

  • Sign in at the event to confirm attendance.
  • Credits are typically reported within 10 business days.
  • Need a certificate of completion for another credit system?

Attendance is reserved for registered attendees only. If you’d like to bring a guest, please contact us in advance.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to our standard terms. Please check your registration email or contact us for details.

Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

Your health and comfort matter to us! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions:

Are the Programs Recorded?

Most Facades+ sessions are live and in-person, and not recorded due to copyright and speaker permissions.

Lost & Found

If you’ve lost something during the conference:

  1. Check with our registration desk first.
  2. After the event, unclaimed items will be turned over to the hotel venue’s lost and found.
