Aaron Davis
Associate Principal
Aaron Davis is an architect and building enclosure specialist based in New York City and Tokyo, Japan. As an Associate Principal at Heintges, Aaron served as project manager on high-profile projects in North America and Asia including The Spiral at Hudson Yards, 220 Central Park South, 270 Park Avenue (JPMC HQ3), City Point II, and The Pavilions at Glenstone.
Aaron is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning, and Preservation (GSAPP) where he earned his MArch (primus inter pares) and has been a visiting critic at The Rhode Island School of Design and the Pratt Institute.
This year, Aaron will be relocating to Japan where he will develop a feasibility study for a high-performance retrofit of a 900 year-old Buddhist temple in metropolitan Tokyo.
