John Greene
Architect
John Greene has over 6 years of professional experience in design, digital fabrication, architecture, historic preservation, adaptive reuse and rehabilitation. Before entering the profession, John completed a two-year apprenticeship with a master carpenter in mid-coast Maine after a long period of moving around the country in pursuit of good snowboarding. He relishes the opportunity to collaborate with construction professionals to find innovative solutions. In addition to his professional work John teaches an undergraduate conceptual drawing course in the College of Design at the University of Minnesota. John is inspired by architectural processes that synthesize the needs of the community, create joy in the built environment, and respect the individuality of how each person occupies space.
