Josh Cooper
Project Executive
Josh joined Knutson in 2018 as a project manager before being promoted to project executive in 2022. He has over 20 years of construction experience with expertise in healthcare and K-12 markets. Josh’s calm demeanor, knowledge base and communication style ensures subcontractors and owners alike are comfortable with each project. His favorite part of every project is turning over the keys to the owner and seeing the smiling faces of those that get to enjoy the new space. Recent projects Josh has worked on include Northfield Public Schools, Rochester Public Schools and Mayo Clinic’s Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Building.
Josh holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Florida, is a DBIA Associate, and holds LEED AP, BD+C and B+ Best Value certifications. He serves on the MN Laborers Vacation Fund Board of Trustees, completed the AGC Advanced Management program in 2019 and was in the 2022 class of Leadership Greater Rochester.
