Josh brings a regionalist’s sensibility and a modernist’s approach to every endeavor, shaping spaces as living biographies of the communities they serve. His process is rooted in thorough analysis, rigorous investigation, and meticulous execution — blending strategic thinking with deep empathy. Most recently, Josh has applied this approach to transformative projects including Missouri State University’s Blunt Hall Renovation and Addition, the Springfield Art Museum and Master Plan, the adaptive reuse of the former Lyric Theatre in Downtown Kansas City into the Kirk Family YMCA, and the Kansas City International Airport Parking Garage.
