Matt Barnard, SE, is a Senior Principal with Degenkolb Engineers and leads both the firm’s SoCal Healthcare and Education Practice Areas. He is the Office Director for the Orange County Office. Matt also serves as the Principal-In-Charge and SEOR on various projects from new design-build hospitals to renovation, retrofit, evaluation, and review projects for various healthcare providers and for various educational systems. For the UCI Medical Center project, Matt is the Structural Principal-In-Charge and project SEOR.
