An experienced Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Designer, and Mass Timber Specialist, Phil Silverstein’s exceptional project management ability has successfully tackled some of MTA’s most complex, fast-tracked, multi-phase renovation and expansion projects. Since joining the firm in 2001, Phil’s outstanding collaborative ability and highly efficient working style have been integral to delivering multifaceted, complex projects, such as Ryerson’s Centre for Urban Innovation, the University of Toronto Mississauga’s Innovation Complex, and Victoria University’s Goldring Student Centre. Phil brings a drive and passion for designing buildings that are leading edge, low-carbon, and highly sustainable.
