Rich Whealan joined Miller Hull in 1994, leading many complex projects. Recent projects include the International Arrivals Facility at SEATAC and the Environmental Health & Safety Facility at the UC Santa Cruz. He works closely with building owners and consulting engineers to understand programming and building system requirements for complicated program elements and to integrate building systems with the architectural solution.
