Leading the Historic Preservation and Restoration Division at the firm, Newbold has over 20 years’ experience in the restoration and preservation of existing and historic building facades. This includes the restoration of traditional load-bearing masonry structures dressed in stone, brick, and terra cotta; cast iron facade assemblies; window replacement and restoration; glass and metal curtain wall assemblies storefronts and waterproofing; and roofing assemblies. Newbold has led preservation efforts for a wide range of architectural projects and typologies.
