Poisson has been responsible for the design and construction of some of BKSK’s most ambitious residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and institutional projects, including: 44 Union Square (Tammany Hall); Charlotte of the Upper West Side, a forthcoming Passive House condominium; as well as 529 Broadway, a six-story retail building in the SoHo Cast Iron District.
