Tracey Coffin, AIA, joined BIG in 2019 and is currently a Senior Architect in the New York office. She has extensive experience managing collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing the construction of high profile commercial, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse projects. Tracey has led the Wildflower Film Studios project team through all design phases as the Project Architect and is responsible for the management of all project deliverables and construction phase services. Prior to joining BIG, Tracey was an Associate at Skidmore Owings and Merrill and a Project Architect at Leong Leong in New York City. Her responsibilities have encompassed client contact, contract, schedule, budget management, agency approvals, consultant coordination, document development, and managing construction administration. Within BIG, Tracey is a member of the Technical and QA/QC leadership teams and supports the technical development of projects within the office. She has extensive experience working on New York City based projects and is adept at navigating the city’s wide variety of stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Tracey is a licensed Architect in the state of New York.
