Viktor Paulius has ten years of experience with Hensel Phelps in Southern California working on projects in the aviation, higher education & healthcare markets. Viktor was a member of the design-build team behind the exterior facade of the recently opened UCI Health Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and Ambulatory Care building in Irvine, collaborating with CO Architects, WSP USA, Degenkolb & Enclos.
