Louis Koehl is a Project Architect at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2012. He is a Certified Passive House Designer, and much of his work at Handel has focused on the design, detailing, and construction of Passive House projects, including the 709-unit 100% affordable multi-family building in East Harlem, Sendero Verde.
