Travis St. Louis, P.E is a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc.’s (SGH’s) Bay Area Building Technology division. His expertise includes the design, investigation, and rehabilitation of building enclosures on residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. He specializes in contemporary facade and window systems as well as roofing (including green and amenity roofs), podium, and below-grade waterproofing. Travis also has extensive experience with the assessment and rehabilitation of existing buildings. Travis works closely with owners, architects and design-build teams during early stages of projects to facilitate lean design and construction to ensure successful outcomes on their projects. Travis combines his field and design experience with excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams on a wide range of projects from design development through substantial completion.
